What we do
The state act on the right of ownership of a land plot (hereinafter referred to as the state act) is the main title document for a land plot.

Documents required for the registration of a new land certificate

The following documents are required for the registration of a new land certificate:

  • notarized copy of the state certificate for land;
  • act of installation and approval of borders of the land plot on the terrain;
  • copy of the certificate on existing restrictions and burdens on the land plot;copy of the assessment certificate (expert and/or regulatory);
  • copy of all pages of the Client's passport and identification code or notarized copies of all constituent documents of the legal entity.
The following documents are required for reissuance of the state certificate for land:
  • The original contract of sale, gift, exchange, certificate of inheritance, court decision, etc;
  • the original of the old Gosakt for land;
  • copy of all pages of the Customer's passport and ID code or notarized copies of all constituent documents of the legal entity.

Registration of a new land certificate with our lawyers
