Recently a lot of house, shopping malls, little architectural forms have been built in Ukraine. It seems that all legal features on building activity had been examined a long time ago. But the most elementary matters haven’t been explored yet. That’s why they need to be studied legally. All heads of building corporations know that there must be a stand with features about building near every construction. However, only some specialists understand all details about installation, content, sizes and location of this stand.
The law of Ukraine “On town-planning activity” regulates this matter. This stand must be located in available place on a construction site. You have to consider this carefully. A stand mustn’t be located in hard to reach places. It is a violation of the law and it can cause some sanctions. It is not worth giving a superfluous reason for control bodies to conduct an examination of construction object.
You can find required sizes for a stand in the Article 29 of the Procedure on conducting construction works which is approved by the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated the 13th of April 2011 no. 466. The length of a stand must be not less than 1,5 meters and the width must be not less than 1 meter. As follows, maximum size of an information stand is not regulated. At the same time, you don’t have to increase a size without a reason because it can distract drivers or cause some discomfort.
We need to admit that an information stand doesn’t have to be installed near individual houses or other individual buildings.
The State architectural and construction inspection of Ukraine notes that a stand must contain information about a document which allows to carry out construction works and also information about categories of complexity, information about customer and contractor in its letters, recommendations, including the Letter dated the 19th of September 2013 no. 40-19-4760.

- a registration number and data of issuance declaration, name of SACI which issued registration and controls construction of an object;
- a registration number, data of drafting permission, name of SACI which issued this permission and controls a construction;
- a name of an object, its image, main technical and economic features;
- information about customer, designer, contractor and persons who are responsible for authorial and technical control etc.
