How and what kind of personal data do we collect?
PRAVOVA DOPOMOGA, LLC collects and processes your personal data in the following cases:
1) When you contact us by email or through the website’s inquiry form.
We collect your personal data when you contact us by e-mail or through an inquiry form (a SEND MESSAGE form), which can be used to provide PRAVOVA DOPOMOGA, LLC with the following personal data: name, telephone number, e-mail address, city, company name and position.
You can also provide us with any other information in the attached documents and in the empty field of the inquiry form.
2) When you use and browse our website using your browser's cookies.

We use your personal data in order to contact you, i.e. to take appropriate action to enter into an agreement. In addition, if we enter into any relationship with you, we will process your data on the basis of the execution of the respective agreement.

We securely store your data on a secure Google Cloud server.
If you decide not to cooperate with us, PRAVOVA DOPOMOGA, LLC will store your personal information, including emails or inquiries, for 1 year, after this period the information will be deleted, except as provided herein or by law.

PRAVOVA DOPOMOGA, LLC wants to make sure that you are fully aware of all your rights to protection of personal data.
Each user has the following rights:
The right to access your personal data — you have the right to receive information from us about whether your personal data is processed, information about the purposes of such processing, categories of personal data and to request copies of your personal data from PRAVOVA DOPOMOGA, LLC.
