Continuous Professional Development (CPD) is a mandatory component of the professional activities of doctors, nurses, and pharmacists, and a key element of the medical education system in Ukraine. Therefore, the legitimacy of any CPD educational event directly depends on the official status of its organizer as a provider — only with this status can the training have legal significance for participants and be recognized in their professional development.
At the same time, provider registration is not merely a formal procedure. It is a complex process involving dozens of technical and methodological requirements, as well as oversight by the system administrator — the Center for Quality of Education of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator or the MOH Center for Quality of Education).
