Due to recent legislative changes, the requirements for accounting military medical personnel have become stricter. Resolution No. 563 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated May 16, 2024 prohibits women with medical and pharmaceutical education who are not registered as military personnel from being employed as non-military personnel. Although previously this possibility was allowed until the end of 2026. This means that now all medical and pharmaceutical workers, regardless of gender, are required to be on military duty, and employers must ensure the registration of military personnel.
