The pharmaceutical reform launched in 2025 is gradually changing the rules for the pharmacy business in Ukraine. One of the state's new steps was the introduction of additional requirements for the transparency of the pharmacy market structure and the activities of its participants.
As part of these changes, those who already hold a license to sell medicines have a new obligation: to notify the regulator of the pharmacy establishment's affiliation with a pharmacy chain. The relevant information must be submitted to the State Service on Medicines by March 19, 2026.
