The introduction of new requirements for the registration of disinfectants has created significant challenges for many chemical manufacturers who traditionally marketed their products as disinfectants. Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 863 dated August 15, 2023, established mandatory state registration of such products, which has led to difficulties for companies whose products do not actually meet the new disinfectant criteria.
