IMPORTANT TO KNOW ABOUT COMPANY'S ADDRESS CHANGE

According to current legislation any changes made to charter data of a legal entity (including changing of its name) enter into force only since the day of their state registration.

TYPICAL PROCEDURE OF SERVICE PROVISION FOR LLC'S ADDRESS CHANGE

Upon notification about willingness to order changing of legal entity address registration a legal expert of law firm “Pravova Dopomoga” together with a Client agrees on terms of prepayment, how and when the required documents and information are to be provided for preparation of documents drafts and registration of changes to entity location (address).

To prepare a new charter and other documents it is required to provide personally, via fax or e-mail copies of certificate of state registration, statistics certificate and charter of a legal entity. After charter and other documents are drafted (usually it takes 1 business day) our legal expert and Client arrange a meeting at a notary office to formalize all the required documents.

During notarization of documents Client signs an agreement of legal services provision, provides originals of required documents, signs drafts of prepared documents.

Within the agreed term firm provides all the documents at once or step by step (if such provision was stipulated in an agreement). In some districts of Kyiv Head of a company has to receive VAT payer certificate personally.

The described typical procedure may be changed to a more suitable for a Client variant.
