The format of mobile medical teams has long been common in private medicine: doctors work in mobile units, visit patients at home or at enterprises, and provide services outside of a traditional medical facility. For this reason, many believed for years that the mobile model did not require a full-fledged place of business.
However, as of 2026, this logic no longer applies. Updated MOH Licensing Conditions explicitly require that a mobile medical team must be linked to a specific business address that meets construction, sanitary, and organizational standards. The lack of properly formalized premises is grounds for refusal of a medical practice license or poses a risk of its revocation during an inspection.
