After the consumer connects a new electrical installation to the power system or acquires (receives for use) an existing one, he faces the issue of concluding a consumer agreement with the distribution system operator (hereinafter referred to as the OS) on the provision of services for the distribution of electrical energy (hereinafter referred to as the Contract).
The consumption of electrical energy without the conclusion of the Agreement is impossible. On its basis, the OS carries out the transportation of electrical energy to the consumer, and its presence is a prerequisite for concluding an agreement with an electrical supplier and obtaining electrical energy.
