Who can get a residence permit in Ukraine on the basis of family reunification?

A husband or wife who are officially married;

Please note! The documents must be translated into Ukrainian and certified by a notary.
Documents required for certain categories of family members, confirming family ties:
- For husband or wife - the original marriage certificate and its translation;
- For children - the original birth certificate and its translation;
- For parents - the original birth certificate of a foreigner child who has a residence permit in Ukraine where they are listed as parents (including its translation);
- For grandparents - the original certificate:
а) the birth certificate of the host party with a translation;
b) the birth certificate of one of the parents, whose parents are the grandparents of the host party.
- For brothers and sisters - the original birth certificate of the host and the invited party with a translation, as well as the original or certified copies of the parents’ passport documents with translation.
