The legislation of Ukraine provides for the conclusion of a separate transport forwarding agreement to regulate the transportation of goods in Ukraine and to Ukraine.
In most cases, a freight forwarding contract is concluded when the client has a need to deliver goods from one country to another, especially when the delivery must be made by several modes of transport: sea transportation, road transport, rail transport. Consequently, it is quite difficult for the client to independently organize the delivery of the goods. Therefore, a decision is made to engage a forwarder who has the appropriate qualifications and the ability to organize or carry out delivery.
