A number of people that may be allowed to work with precursors is unlimited. Pursuant to the licensing regulations, the licensees may have as many employees as they need to ensure efficient business activity.

Does the number of people to be allowed to work with precursors affect the licensing procedure?

The number of people to be allowed to work with chemicals affects only the time of the procedure and the training process, because:

• every person needs to get a certificate of no criminal record;
• each of them must undergo drug testing and obtain the relevant narcologist’s certificate.

Any this, accordingly, requires the time and money. In addition, lawyers will have to spend a little more time to enter information about all employees into the statement in order to obtain the license than in case of a standard licensing procedure, where the number of authorized workers usually does not exceed ten persons.

What happens if not all persons are listed in the order of admission?

It might seem to facilitate the work, time and budget. The procedures for organizing a drug testing of forty people and five persons are different.

But officially, those who are not included in the list won’t be allowed to work with precursors. If they actually work with these substances and this fact is revealed, the enterprise will incur penalties.
