The owners of garages who already had their garage cooperative approached us. This is one of the oldest garage cooperatives in Kyiv. The client's need was to change the composition of the members and the management. Since the cooperative was established back in the 90s, all documents needed to be brought into compliance with the established requirements and updated. Another problem was that not all of the founders were in Kyiv, and not all the people who joined the cooperative were in Kyiv either.
