With ongoing legislative changes continually impacting various business sectors, rehabilitation institutions have also faced new challenges threatening their operations. The recent exclusion of sole proprietorship from the List of Rehabilitation Institutions (CMU Resolution 309 dated March 27, 2019), which are eligible for government funding, came as a surprise to many.
