According to the legislation, this permit is issued for a period of at least five years. Based on the logic of this norm, the permit may be issued for a longer period. But in practice, most often it is issued for five years.

No. The reason to cancel this permit, except for the application of the company and its liquidation, may be only the provision of false information when obtaining the permit.
