The main criteria required by the law of Ukraine include:

  • A person must be in Ukraine legally, for example, have a C-type visa. If a foreigner is a citizen of the country with which Ukraine has visa-free regime - on the basis of entry to Ukraine, not exceeding the allowable period of stay;
