On October 19, 2022, draft law No. 8137 “On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine with regard to improving the taxation of controlled foreign companies” was submitted to the Verkhovna Rada. This bill is designed to eliminate the problematic issues that exist in today's edition of Art. 39-2.1.1 of the TCU, as well as to clarify the points that remained unsettled.
