To meet these needs, NEURC has developed a Temporary procedure for connecting electrical installations, according to the rules of which all connections are made in wartime. The main feature of the order is to provide consumers with the possibility of connecting according to temporary power supply schemes, which should save time for its implementation, simplify the procedure and allow not to pay the full cost of a regular connection at a very difficult time for the industry.
