The license for mediation in employment abroad can again be obtained!

On September 11, 2019, the Cabinet of Ministers adopted Resolution No. 838, according to which the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine is responsible for monitoring the overseas employment services. This marked the beginning of a long process of transferring the cases that have been under the consideration at the Ministry of Social Policy, which at one point simply stopped their consideration, and the new licensing authority for some reason could not start considering them all this time.

We keep a close eye on the entire process, and notify our Clients and those wishing to obtain a License For Mediation in Employment Abroad of all the news.

Since the beginning of April, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade has been publishing on its website daily the decisions on license cases that have been submitted during the whole period of downtime.

Our company is proud to inform that the first two licenses were issued by the new licensing authority to our Clients. And the licenses of the next few of our Clients also stand first. In order to make it possible, we monitored the situation, as well as prepared and submitted the appropriate packages of documents in advance.

The licensing regulations on overseas employment services in the wording of 2018 are still in force. But as we remember from practice, the licensing authority may have its own interpretation of certain regulatory provisions. It seems that the new licensing authority has not yet had time to make its adjustments to the practice of issuing licenses.

So if you are interested in obtaining the above mentioned license, it is the right time now. You can read our publications about the peculiarities of obtaining this license:
