Ukraine has a system of state support for institutions providing rehabilitation services to children with disabilities. The mechanism of this system is defined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 309 of March 27, 2019, “On Approval of the Procedure for Using Funds Provided in the State Budget for the Rehabilitation of Children with Disabilities.” Within this procedure, a list of rehabilitation institutions and healthcare facilities eligible to receive budget funds for the provision of relevant services is established.
In practice, situations often arise where institutions already included in this list need to update or clarify certain information — such as changes in the name, legal form, contact details, or other data. In these cases, the question arises: how and by what procedure should changes be made to the list in accordance with the requirements of Resolution No. 309. This publication is dedicated to addressing these aspects.
