Ukraine has a system of state support for institutions providing rehabilitation services to children with disabilities. The mechanism of this system is defined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 309 of March 27, 2019, “On Approval of the Procedure for Using Funds Provided in the State Budget for the Rehabilitation of Children with Disabilities.” Within this procedure, a list of rehabilitation institutions and healthcare facilities eligible to receive budget funds for the provision of relevant services is established.
In practice, situations often arise where institutions already included in this list need to update or clarify certain information — such as changes in the name, legal form, contact details, or other data. In these cases, the question arises: how and by what procedure should changes be made to the list in accordance with the requirements of Resolution No. 309. This publication is dedicated to addressing these aspects.

Visa-free rules for Ukraine depend on nationality, passport type, purpose of travel, and permitted length of stay. Some travelers can stay for up to 90 days within 180 days, while others have shorter limits or may still need a D visa for long-term purposes.
Foreign service members who signed their military contract before May 10, 2026 can no longer rely on military identification alone for their continued stay. They must obtain a temporary residence permit within the transitional period and prepare the required military unit documents.
Some foreign volunteers can now move directly to the temporary residence permit process without first obtaining a Type D visa. The exemption applies only to specific categories and requires supporting documents from the host organization.
Transferring a foreign employee to a related Ukrainian company requires a specific set of documents. The foreign company’s transfer decision, employment contracts, and transfer period must be consistent to avoid problems with the application.
