In accordance with the requirements of the current legislation, the changes that have occurred in the information on the legal entity come into force only from the day of their state registration completion.

Procedure for registering changes in information in the USR

After the Client announces his readiness to place an order for registration of changes, they and an employee of our Company agree on the procedure and amount of payment, the method and time for receiving copies of the necessary documents and the information necessary for preparing draft documents for registration of changes.

After preparation of draft documents has been finalised, they are sent to the Client for signing. The Client can send the signed documents to us in person or by courier delivery.
