What we offer
- Consult on the peculiarities of obtaining ID (service) cards, procedure duration, necessary documents and rights granted to you by a service card during your stay in Ukraine;

- Submit documents to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine;
- Obtain service cards for employees of a foreign company’s representative office. If the employees obtain service cards themselves, our employees will accompany them at the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine.
Documents required for obtaining service cards
In order to obtain service cards, we shall be also provided with a power of attorney for our employees, which we will draft for you.
The list of foreign employees who need to obtain service cards shall also specify the required term of stay in Ukraine for each employee.
Terms for receipt is 15 working days from the moment of submission of documents.
The cost of obtaining ID (service) cards does not cover translation services (for example, translation of powers of attorney from foreign citizens). You can order this service additionally.
No state fee shall be paid for the service cards issue.
In order to obtain service cards, our employees shall be provided with a duly notarized and legalized power of attorney from each foreign citizen.
Service cards can be also applied for under the power of attorney issued in the name of a representative office. But in this case foreign citizens shall personally obtain service cards.

Service cards for the representative office foreign employees are issued by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine for the period of up to three years.
Ukrainian employees do not need to obtain service cards.
After the termination of the employee’ powers, his/her service card shall be returned to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine.
Answers to frequently asked questions
The law does not stipulate the maximum number of foreign employees. However, when registering a representative office, only one position is allocated for a foreign citizen. This point is specified in the representative office registration certificate. The need to employ more foreign citizens and, accordingly, to obtain service cards for all of them, must be justified. After that the Ministry of Economic Development of Ukraine may expand the limit.
Such a wording is envisaged by the relevant Regulation on granting service cards to employees of the foreign companies representative offices. This means that the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine can, at its own discretion, decide on the period for which the service cards are to be issued within the three-year time frame. However, in the absence of the representative office’s request, the Ministry usually issues service cards for the maximum possible period of three years.
Procedure for obtaining service cards by the representative office
Following agreement on the terms and cost of services related to obtaining service cards for employees of a foreign company’s representative office, we conclude a Legal Services Agreement with the Client. After all necessary documents are prepared and signed by the Client, we submit them to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine.
We deliver service cards for the representative office employees to the Client within the agreed terms (the Clients located in other regions receive documents by courier delivery service).
