Extension of the license for precursors in Ukraine during the war

During martial law, of course, not only the civilian population suffers, but also enterprises and businesses. There are business entities that do not stop their activities, faced with the expiration of the license. In conditions of war, state bodies do not exercise control over compliance with license requirements and the correctness of documentation.
