Conducting business activities related to the retail sale of such goods without obtaining a license is prohibited. To obtain a Retail License, you shall have a cash register and accounting book of settlement operations registered with the tax office.

- A copy of document which confirms the right to use premises where purchase is conducted;
- A copy of cash register’s certificate;

Requirement for premises where purchase of alcohol and tobacco can be conductedA purchase must be conducted in stores with 20 square meters. It can be café, bar, hotel, restaurant, store, little architectural forms, supermarket etc. Retail mustn’t be done in educational or sports institutions, by hand trade, through automats and other not required places.
These premises must be equipped with appropriate trade counters, inventories, showcases. Also there must be an appropriate level of sanitary, fire and security safety.
