Recently, we were approached by a Client who once long ago created a private enterprise together with his partner. The distribution of shares was 50/50, but our Client was the director there. The partner became uninterested in this enterprise, it ceased to bring profit and stopped operations altogether. Actually, the partner himself stopped communicating and simply disappeared from the "radar". Our client was left alone with the company, where no decision could be made.
