One of the key points in the creation of the Industrial Park is the development and approval by the initiator of the concept itself, namely the document defining the functional purpose of the park.
There has already been a precedent in Ukraine when an individual entrepreneur was excluded from the Register to make changes to the concept. It turned out that a large number of high-voltage power lines on the site will inevitably lead to difficulties in the implementation of capital construction. Accordingly, the IP was excluded from the Register to change the location, develop and approve new documents, including the concept.
