Our experience of legal services provision in the field of drugstores licensing 

We managed to get license for our Client from Kharkiv who specializes in therapeutic dentistry and prosthetic dentistry

In March of 2014 our firm received request of legal services provision from sole trader who wanted to get medical practice license

We helped our Client to register a charitable organization with a foreigner amoung founders and subsequently received non-profit status

A physician requested our services in order to receive license for private medical practice

We received request of legal services provision from a neurologist who wanted to open his own neurology office while combining work in it with medical practice in a local hospital. In this regard he needed the medical practice license and was interested in our services 

Ukrainian wholesaler of chemicals (sodium naphthalene formaldehyde, liquid caustic soda, nitric acid, sulfuric acid) contacted our law firm in order for us to help him with obtainment of permit for operations with precursors

In 2013, an enterprise of the Ukrainian Society for the Blind that is situated in Bila Tserkva requested our services in regard to obtainment of medical practice license

We were addressed by the head of a medical center in Ukraine which was unable to obtain a license for medical practice as well as copies of license for its 4 branch offices for more than 4 months

Lawyers of our firm participated in drafting of confidentiality agreement

In January of 2013 we were addressed by a company that wanted to open a Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) office in Kiev. So it requested obtainment of medical practice license from the Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine

In March of 2012 a Client requested our legal support and advising of him emerging on the services market of teeth whitening using the latest LED technology in large shopping centers throughout Ukraine
