Minutes of the Constituent Assembly of Founders of the NGO

In order to register a public organization (hereinafter - "NGO"), in addition to the Charter, it is also necessary to develop and sign the Protocol of the Constituent Assembly of the founders of the NGO. This document is of great importance for the registration of an NGO. However, very often mistakes are made in the preparation of the protocol. In our small but informative review, we bring to your attention a certain check list. We use it ourselves.
