The scheme for connecting electrical installations of consumers (hereinafter referred to as sub-consumers) to the electrical networks of other consumers (hereinafter referred to as Main consumers) is quite common. In this case, the point of distribution of electricity to the sub-consumer is established on the balance boundary of the power grids of the Main consumer and the sub-consumer.
The transportation of electric energy by the networks of the Main Consumer is provided by the System Operator (hereinafter referred to as the OS) by concluding an agreement between him and the Main Consumer on the joint use of technological electric networks (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement).
